“Every journey begins with a single step…”
This is really one of my favorite quotes. So often we delay and find reasons for why something is too difficult or why it just wouldn’t work and if we just take that vital ‘first step’, miraculously we find that the second step is much easier and the task gets accomplished. Creating this blog has been in my thoughts for a long time but I was tentative to move forward until now. I took the first step and alas, my blog is unfolding!

Hi Dr. Judy! So glad you’ve finally taken the first step to start posting!! I’m so excited for you. I think we can all benefit from what you have to say, and I’m truly looking forward to watching this journey unfold!
But to add to the discussion, one first step I’ve recently had to take is becoming a Mom for the first time. Scary scary stuff but each day it has been getting easier so there’s definitely something to be said for just taking that first step!
